It has a nice fit but what I don't like is that the flip case can only be used as a stand. Specifically, you need to fold the top cover outward and then place the iPad on the inner felt surface of the top cover. This picks up dust and dirt, and after you've opened and closed the lid, everything initially lands directly on the screen. If you fold the top cover inwards, it won't work and will pop open as soon as you put the iPad on the fold. This does not apply to the original Apple Smart Cover, here you can fold the cover to both sides and use it as a stand in both cases. I think you get what you pay for.
