wasn't there. I spent 20 minutes trimming my beard and it still hasn't come out as good as it should have been. I could use my hair clipper and get it done in 4 minutes but I bought this one because it's cordless and easier to set up than the "more convenient" trimmers but it's just junk as the blades are dull. I have had many beard trimmers and have always paid between $18-$25 and they have all worked great for years until the internal battery stopped holding a charge. This is the biggest junk I've ever owned. Spend your money elsewhere! Probably the typical throwback that Amazon likes to sell as new.
