Serious blender, a pleasure to see

This is my first review of the KitchenAid KSB4027BM K400 56oz Table Blender Matte Black and I will keep updating as I use it. Well this is a serious blender, from the moment you take it out of the packaging which was lovely and secure this thing feels heavy, like a commercial product for large restaurants but in a smaller, more modern way Design. The base is heavy giving you peace of mind that it has enough power to crush even rocks, not just food and ice. The appearance is very smooth and beautiful, with a metallic black finish, it is very easy to clean and it is now in business. Test, it's serious, as the advert says "The neck says it all", there's some impressive engineering behind it, nothing gets stuck on top thanks to the unique asymmetric blade that blends at four different angles to scoop the contents into the blade to pull. and a powerful motor that melts it through everything it touches, nothing and I mean nothing gets crushed, thanks to the 1.5 hp it packs this thing throws down any regular cheap blender trying their best to die to mash tomato out the window . It's really a pleasure to use and see how it works. You get 3 preset recipe programs: ice crusher, iced drinks and smoothies, plus a 5-speed variable speed set, and the soft start function starts the motor at a lower speed to pull food into the blade, then quickly increases to yours selected speed setting to avoid splattering, and the Intelli-Speed motor control recognizes the contents and maintains the optimum speed for all ingredients. All in all this is a serious blender, a blender that I think will outperform any body if you have the money, it's a very good investment.
