Very dissatisfied with the product as I was led to believe the product was 'water soluble' when it was quite the opposite. After washing my hair 4 times in one shower, I still couldn't completely remove the product from my hair. I made sure to use the minimum amount each time (only used 3 times) and after a long, hard, sweaty day at work, I came to shower. Once my hair was wet the product became very sticky and could not be completely removed from my hair. I've never had any problems with hair products. I contacted the company and they assured me the product was fine. That maybe it was my "hair type". I am sorry. But don't use it in the future.
