The cabin air filter was better than the OEM filter with more pleats to catch particulates. It fits perfectly. Well, as far as "easy to install" goes, I'd give Ford one star for the idiotic design of the filter holder. It is located behind the glove box that you must open, remove the other object that is blocking the filter, then remove the old filter and replace it with this one. Then the reverse process. I made it myself because I saw YouTube videos on how to do it. Without it, it's a guessing game and the dealer will end up installing it for $60-100 just to install it.
