Actually, I have not yet passed it to the end, but I have already passed most of the plot. I want to get tired and go through everything that is there. I don’t really like all sorts of competitive tasks and other “win in the ring”, but since I decided to go through everything, then I’ll get to them. And also, as it seemed to me, it became more difficult to play, compared to the last part. Maybe cars have become smarter or I'm lazier :)

Pros

The game is not boring. You can spend 100500 hours on the passage and not regret it. Side quests are sometimes more fun than the main ones, which I consider a plus. It is interesting to watch not only the main plot, but also the life of "ordinary townspeople" whom you help in the process of passing.

Cons
