Worst bluetooth headphones I've ever owned

I don't shop often but I want to warn people not to waste their money. This is probably my eighth pair of Bluetooth headphones that I have. Some in this price range, some a bit higher. I mostly stay in this price range because I find the more expensive models only marginally better, if at all. This was one occasion where I really felt like I was buying cheap junk. I kept getting disconnected while listening to podcasts or other media. Sometimes I could get it to end the disconnect if I turned off Bluetooth, turned off the speaker, put it back in its case and followed all the reconnect steps in reverse order - other times it would disconnect just as badly. I liked the idea of having a manual button (because sweat often gets in the way of touch controls), but the button was hard to press, requiring you to put the earbud in your ear to activate it and hold it there for too long waiting for an answer. They don't turn off automatically when you put them on the charger, which is also annoying and could potentially reduce battery life or cause audio playback issues - I only used them until their replacement arrived, but even then the battery life wasn't as good as advertised. The range and sound quality are also absolutely terrible. On the positive side, the button is manual, the price is reasonable, and the earbuds and case are made of a comfortable grip. Materials and good looks are harder to lose, but if they don't do their job then the pros don't matter.
