Review on 🧺 Ecru Brabantia Thick Foam & Felt Padding Ironing Board Cover, Size C (49 x 18 in) by Joshua Beaule

As I originally posted this review I have decided to return it. The pad is sewn so poorly that it won't stretch no matter how hard you pull on the very fine threads that are designed to pull it together, creating a flat, wrinkle-free surface. Not happy - bought this to replace the cover that originally came with my Brabantia ironing board. The foam in the original pad dissolved, ripped, and fell through the board's mesh. I figured "felt" meant there was a layer of felt underneath the foam that a) provides more padding and b) prevents worn foam from falling through the mesh. Not correct; I don't see any felt at all, either under or over the foam, and it's only a matter of time before that foam will dissipate too and decorate the floor with scraps of foam so I can vacuum. ZERO stars.
