UPDATE, AT HEIP CISTEEN MALL I WAS ABLE TO ORDER REPLACEMENT FILES, I liked the pencil it's the 3rdone I've tried and so far the best long bat exact accuracy decent materials , because apart from the fact that the tips are made of very thin, brittle plastic and the metal knot breaks very easily and you were usually unlucky with the 2 replacement tips supplied, there is a difference between the two types of tips - the ones available are threaded into the point connections , where, as in this case, they are outside the connection point. I was unable to respond to my query on where to purchase replacement tips.
