VERY GOOD NOT PERFECT

First, the fact that it has two USB-C ports instead of one makes it way better than anything I've seen on Amazon. Relationship. Secondly, I use a 13" MacBook Pro (only two USB-C ports, nothing else) and if I have a second monitor for photo and video work. Given the storage shortage of the MacBook, a second SSD is mandatory. So between power, hard drive and second screen you're in the creek. I ran into an issue when both USB-C power and USB-C hard drive were plugged in at the same time. Premiere Pro was sluggish at best with this combination. (Note: HDMI-USB-C doesn't work on my display) So I swapped the cables from HDMI to HDMI straight to a USB-C powered dongle, hard drive straight to laptop and everything worked flawlessly Yes so this is a very good key but I wouldn't Running video files over it like I did initially Hope this helps.
