The cable is ok, the adapter is missing.
My TI-84 Plus CE calculator will not charge with the AC adapter. The charging indicator kept flashing red and green, and after switching overnight, the battery status remained dead. When I plugged the cable straight into my PC's USB port, the light was solid red and then green the next day with a fully charged battery.
