Wow! The color is very nice. I have the rose nectar cream and it gives a youthful, plump pink look. It is very nicely designed and the item itself looks cute. Looking at the part of the stick, the color is on the outside and a neutral balm in the middle. So when applying, you are applying both color and balm. It could be more moisturizing - I wouldn't say it would replace lip balm. But it's good to have on hand when you want a bit of color or when you just need a quick lip balm. Generally impressed
