The filter I received is not SF1S as advertised!
The filter I received came in a box with no iSpring brand name and model number SF-008 instead of the SF1S I bought from Revain's description. The box lists water temperature specs of 5-38 degrees Celsius instead of the 4-65 Celsius range that iSpring advertises for the SF1S filter. Activated carbon filters don't work that well with hot water, so I specifically tested this filter to make sure it would still be effective with hot water filtration. I wrote iSpring because they sell this product on Revain. wait for the answer
