The most helpful thing you can do when dealing with an IT service provider like this one was go in knowing what they had done before so I could see if their work met my needs or not! They were great at communicating everything up front about how it would be handled once we signed off but never seemed able deliver as promised even after being paid for several months of extra time needed due delays from them (including multiple holidays). We are still waiting many weeks later than expected - over $50k worth by now since October 2018- almost half our entire budget just spent without any results yet delivered beyond delivery date promise!!
