ONE SIDE OVERLAYS THE OTHER CREATING AVERAGE IRREGULAR SURFACE FOR THE SHELL
Just bought this two piece set. (I didn't realize one side was higher than the other; thanks to those asking, as information on this is included in the questions asked.) This creates an uneven surface for the utensils placed in the middle. If you can't set up dishes in a way that somehow avoids the center, there's no solution. Previously purchased stainless steel grates could be extended to the same height so this was a real disappointment. I can't put anything in the middle.
