I have had insomnia for many years and while music sometimes helps me fall asleep I need to be able to listen to it without disturbing others. My headphones kept falling out and getting lost at night, so I looked for an alternative. Most headbands have reviews that suggest they aren't tight enough for other people to hear sound and aren't adjustable, so I gave it a try, although I had no intention of using it as a headband. Mask. It's adjustable and very secure, plus it's well padded and comfortable. I was worried about damaging the speakers if I turned sideways, but that doesn't seem to be an issue. The sound quality is also excellent. You can take the mask off your face and still listen to music. I also tried it as a sleep mask and found it soft and light on my face and great for blocking light. It's worth the price and I'm optimistic I'll sleep better now that I have it.
