The shoulder strap is not easy to attach to the bag. It took me some time to understand until I checked the instructions through an internet video. It took some time for SUPFIVES customer service to respond to my message I sent about a month ago. They sincerely apologized that the person responsible for this mailbox resigned. For a while nobody was responsible for this mailbox. This customer service is now back online and will respond to each of you immediately. So far I am satisfied with this product.
