I received Suunto A-30. Points north. The rotating declination bar will not randomly move from where you placed it. The north pointer and bezel ring glow in the dark. I believe this is the type of material that absorbs light and then "glows" when the light is off. If you use it in total darkness I don't think it will glow like tritium (a moderately radioactive substance that glows due to decay) on a dial. For those of you who count in ounces, it weighs 1.04 ounces on a home postal scale. I like the magnifying glass in the middle. I can leave my reading glasses at home and use a magnifying glass if I need to read something up close.
