I love that it is so easy to use as well very user friendly for my clients who are not tech savy at all! It has saved me hours of work by just letting us know we have sent out an email or received one with this system!! The only thing i dont like about there customer service could be better but they do respond quickly if needed which helps alot too :) This saves our team HOURS every week from having someone go back through each e-mail looking over their shoulder trying to find where something was missed. Great product overall great price also compared to other software providers its cheaper than most others even though your paying more upfront because what comes after setup will save money long term. !
