Review on Stylish and Functional: JJ Cole Gray Floret Backpack Diaper Bag by Brittany Jones

This bag is perfect and I would recommend it over petunia brine any day of the week! I'm having a newborn soon in addition to my toddler, which is why everyone tells me I absolutely need a diaper bag with backpack straps (to lean forward so it doesn't fall off and hit the kids on the head). Also, it was important to me to have a hinged lid so I could easily take things out with one hand. (why I just didn't want a normal backpack). The only bags I could find on the market with backpack straps and a flap were the Petunia Pickle Bottom bag. However, with all the variety of models, there was only one size and I wanted a larger bag! After a long search I found this one. I hesitated because there were no reviews about it on the internet (not sure if this is a new product). But I went ahead and got it and I can't tell you how perfect it is. It has a large front and back pocket, as well as side, front (zipper) pockets on the outside and 4 pockets on the sides inside - for cups, keys, cell phone and more. It also comes with a matching changing mat and straps that you can attach to the stroller handles. Other bags I looked at were charged extra for both. In addition to the stroller strap and backpack strap options, it also has a shoulder strap, which I'm really glad it has. Sometimes I just want to quickly throw it over my shoulder and don't need the backpack option. There is also a way to attach the zipper under the valve. Again I didn't think I needed a zip at all but I'm so glad I have one because I've found that when I wear it as a backpack and lean forward things fall out unless I'm closed too. So it's really good. Although this bag is larger than my Skip Hop, it feels a lot lighter. I'm actually surprised at how easy it seems with all the things I've put into it. Other nice things: I was happy to see that all the straps are attached very well with quality parts. The stroller shoulder strap and straps actually have metal clips so they can be removed. but everything seems very well made and not cheaply made.
