Best tool of fire fighting and managing incidents
It is very easy to use as it has all prebuilt screens which makes our work easier by saving us time when using this software in comparison with other available softwares like MOSS 2007 & SharePoint 2010 etc.
If you are new at firefighting then its difficult initially but it will get better once used more than twice or thrice so dont worry about that if u r doing it first try only two times after that everything gets good. I am working on Incident Management application Development where i have been assigned to make an incident management system for my organization.
