Nothing sticks! Doesn't match the ad!

I taped this product to my son's wheelchair. It didn't stick anywhere. I wrapped it around all the bars thinking if it didn't stick to the metal it would stick to itself but it rose up wherever I put it. We went for a night walk and were shocked to see it didn't reflect when a car approached. Don't buy this junk!
