The camera is of good quality and the process of setup and operation is easy and smooth once you are familiar with the technology. I would definitely buy the camera again. If you buy this camera, you need to join Facebook Mevo user group. I feel the group exists to try and pass some of Mevo's customer support to the user community. It seems like a cheap move to me, but it works well for customers. However, especially due to the pandemic, the group is EXTREMELY active and probably makes up 1/4 of my newsfeed. And users often ask the same questions multiple times. The biggest problem is that they have to quadruple their QA team. Immediately after I got my camera, an update made it impossible for Android users to use YouTube. And while this has never happened to me, users have mentioned having problems after running a camera firmware update. As such, I strongly recommend that you never perform a firmware update unless you have a few days before using the camera. Important information is also missing on their website. They list the USB-C adapters that are "supported" by the camera, but they don't really define what that means. I found out on the Facebook page that this means "they have been tested and will charge/do everything they are supposed to do when using their fast charger" which is a small separate purchase. And that's a BIG problem. You cannot use a standard 5W charger when using a USB-C Power to Ethernet adapter. You should get the 18W charger or something more powerful. That's all the information your website should have, but it doesn't. It wasn't until I looked at Revain's adapter and saw that the adapter could require up to 12W to power the adapter that I realized what was going on.
