I love this product! I have always used it to help with my workouts as have many others. I literally put the cream on my stomach and arms and in less than ten minutes of training you can see a huge amount of sweat. In addition, it defiantly improved the overall softness of my skin. This product is proven to be multifunctional. Some already know the benefits of this product for training, but LADIES, an extra tip, I mix this product with cocoa butter and use it for stretch marks and it works, especially if you are in the process of losing weight. I have been using this product and brand for over 2 years so I am not giving any advice I am not using. My advice to buyers: save money or get more bang for your buck by simply purchasing this product at your local Walmart or Rite Aid for $8 plus tax. To pay for the product and shipping, I spent $15 for just 6 ounces. 12 ounces at Walmart is $11, so it's clearly about the convenience of online shopping and not getting more for cash. It depends on you. Also: GREAT PRODUCT!
