Great step stool. The quality is unquestionable, it's great and not that difficult to assemble. I give it 1 star because every piece was covered in fiberglass/dust. WHY?! It was nicely packaged but all of the contents including the styrofoam packaging, plastic and chair components were entangled with fiberglass particles. I'm allergic to fiberglass particles, so my hands and arms were soon covered with a rash that spread down my pants and shirt. Not much else to say except be careful when buying if you are sensitive to fiber optics. It obviously came from the manufacturer, not necessarily the seller.
