Surprising Quality on my review.
These hats were so good for being so cheap. I've worn mine so much since I've gotten it. I haven't washed them yet, but they do keep their shape, even when folded or scrunched up. The blue is a pastel, but still vibrant. I love the smile face emblem, definitely worth it!
