Review on SALAV Handheld Settings Vertical Horizontal by Kyle Herrera

I was really excited to get this vaporizer but when I tried it it got very hot in my hand the first time and it didn't give off much vapor as I've seen in the videos and others Reviews. So I decided I had a "loser". I called Revane and they were great! The next day they sent a new ship! But again I was very disappointed with the product replacement. It still didn't come out of good vapor. And he spat out hot water when I first tried it and also dripped hot water on his toes. I know it shouldn't and I would never abandon this product even though I love its design and concept. I just wanted it to work as described. I am very disappointed that 2 steamers are defective. I had such high expectations with all the good reviews and I took a chance. Both ships will be returned for a full refund. Although I love Amazon! and they have great customer service! But I will have to buy another steamer.
