Augusta is very responsive and always there to help when needed. Their customer service is superb. They make everything go very smoothly and they are always ready to help with anything. I've had very good experiences with Augusta. I am currently in the process of setting up a new ERP software that Augusta provided. They have been fantastic to work with and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs. We are currently using Augusta to store and process client accounting data. I believe the benefits of having them on board are the ability to use a cloud based solution, the support by the team in the office and the ability to make changes as needed. The softwares is very easy to use and the support is very good. The pricing is also very good. I have not been able to find any dislikes. I am using the softwares for my business. I am doing some marketing and I am able to do my marketing activities very easily. I am able to upload my marketing activities to my social media accounts.
