It Really Works! It's thick so it stays where you put it and doesn't get in your eyes. I leave it on for 5 minutes, take out the coil and gently comb the lashes. Sometimes I have to reapply, wait another 5 minutes and the lashes are just combed out. If it gets on your skin it will burn, so just leave it on your lashes. I use beyelic sensitive glue and it works well too.
