First of all, these headphones are amazing. This is the first time I've invested a relatively large amount of money in headphones because I wanted to know what it's like to have better quality than 10 euro headphones that break after a month. And I must say I am very happy with the purchase! The sound quality is very good, the headphones sit well in the ears. If the silicone ear tips are too small or too big, you can remove them and replace them with the other provided ear tips. I found I had to do it with my left ear, but oddly enough not my right. The headset connects to your phone via Bluetooth, another great feature. Because of this, I can leave my phone in another room, go to the kitchen in the next room, and continue listening to my music. So I can listen to music undisturbed, have a snack or fill a cup with water. It is very comfortable! Unfortunately I lost my first pair while travelling. Even after tracing my steps to the only places they might be, I couldn't find them. I contacted support about the 1 year warranty that the product comes with hoping they might be of some help. They ended up giving me a second pair once I had told the detailed story! I am very happy with how they handled my case and very grateful for what they did. I would recommend these headphones to anyone who wants a quality pair that will last.
