(height: 5'2" weight: 92lbs chest: 34A) i'll start off by saying i'd rather waste time reading reviews for an hour than to trust my gut and buy a size that ends up not fitting me, then have to go through the trouble of returning the item. i usually stick to a select few brands because i know my consistent size, so when it comes to other random places like amazon, sizing can be a struggle. the reviews for this sweater vest were all over the place, pretty evenly divided between being too large or too small, and honestly some reviews seemed really exaggerated. after a lot of consideration to other reviewers height/weight as well as the size chart, i opted to get an XS. this fit me perfectly without being too baggy or too tight. i could definitely do a S but the purpose of buying this was for interviews (wearing this over a white oxford button-down shirt), so i wanted to avoid it being too big. the difference between an XS and a S is only about one inch or two according to the chart though, so it took me a while to decide. i didn't find it to be too long but i can tell that sizing up might make it too long. if you have a larger chest than me or are taller, i would suggest sizing up. otherwise, i think the size chart is pretty accurate. as for quality, it's definitely well-made, thick, a true to color. going to buy the black one now too !
