In general this is a good mascara and I bought it to replace an almost finished tube. However, this time I am very disappointed with my purchase, because it came new in the packaging, but almost completely empty or withered, as if it had been sitting around somewhere for decades. I'm not kidding - I can't tell my old empty tube from this new one I just got. I now have to buy another mascara so it was like throwing money out the window buying this particular mascara. I don't know if the mascara itself or the seller is to blame, so it's hard to know exactly how to deal with it, but aging, dried out, empty mascara in a new package sucks either way, whoever's to blame is , and while I like it, I won't buy this brand again - and I don't recommend it to you.
