I work in basketball and purchased this brace after discovering I had severe arthritis in my knee. I thought I might try that to see if I can continue with my duties. I have played several matches with a corset and am very happy with the results. It's not too bulky and I can get up and down the court with no problems. It also stays in place without sliding up and down. The inserts help keep my knee intact. The material doesn't seem to irritate the backs of my feet either. In general I am very satisfied.
