Need the missing part! when breastfeeding

This was bought for my little grandson who has a G-tube. I immediately gave the bag to a friend to decorate for our little superhero, Riley. When I received it back and examined the bag carefully, I noticed that the bag itself was not finished. The side hole is missing.
