Kodak Easyshare M340 I have about 4 weeks. I charged the battery when I first got it and haven't had to charge it yet. I took about 50 photos and made some short videos. I haven't printed any photos yet so I can't comment on the print quality, I can only compare it to my Panasonic by looking at it on camera. Here's what I think of this camera: Pros: Lightweight, easy to carry; good battery life so far; the DATE IMPRINT feature (which was missing on my Panasonic, the reason I bought a new camera, having owned the Panasonic for about 8 months); the zoom is pretty good, the zoom controls are on the back of the camera, not on top; has internal storage, you can transfer photos from/to a memory card to/from internal storage. Cons: rechargeable battery - I prefer AA and carry an extra kit to avoid being left without power; The LCD screen is VERY difficult to see outdoors in sunlight, making outdoor photography impossible (Panasonic Lumix has technology to avoid this problem); Memory card and battery are in the same compartment - I'd like to separate them, but I suppose that's normal; The mode dial is on top and easy to turn accidentally when I'm in my purse - always check before taking a picture. I love this camera. I love my Panasonic Lumix and would stick with it if I could print the date on photos. I hope I like it too. You just have to get used to the battery and always check it before taking a picture.
