I got a rash from wearing this shirt. I know you should always wash your clothes before you wear them, but I'm lazy and don't do this to just any clothes. In any case, the first time I wore them (I wore them for about 3 hours) I got rashes on the fabrics. My skin even blistered. I will wash it twice and then wait for it to heal to wear it again. Plus it's cute. I'm a 34C fanatic and usually wear medium sized shirts. Size 6-8 usually fits me. Got a big one after reading reviews saying to go bigger and it fits. I wore it on my bike and I have to say the support was minimal. During practice it actually stretched and got lower than when I first tried it on (sorry my spin instructor for the looks...or maybe I should say "please" LOL). In any case, if that's not the case, to avoid getting a rash after washing, I might try to shorten the straps a bit so my boobs don't show up in my cycling classes. I don't mind a little support as it makes it easier for me to breathe, I just want to be fully covered and not have a rash. May I recommend it? Possibly… especially if you have small breasts and your skin is not sensitive (wash it first anyway)
