Doesn't work at all.
I was trying to use this to mirror my phone's display on my tv so I can watch some movies on Netflix as my tv is not a smart tv. Worked for 2 seconds and then turned off. I did the same thing every time I unplugged and plugged it back in. I know this method works, but this adapter didn't work. I will be returning it as it was an Amazon Prime item. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.
