So, without reading as many reviews as I normally would, I noticed some limited pressure after mounting it on the wall, so the jet fell out of a limited division. I re-read the reviews and found that ceiling mounting is "preferred" to wall mounting. They also found that removing the flow restrictor could improve flow. I was about to return it through Revain and buy a 4" but read Aqua Elegante's "5 Year Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee". A few hours later I received a reply offering to send me a smaller one , and I returned mine to them which I agreed to, they confirmed my address and had no problem with me waiting for a new one before returning the old one.. I then decided to remove the flow restrictor which I did did. This improved the process so much that I decided to keep it and wrote them to cancel the order which they very kindly did. Most of the replies came with a few hours of my emails. I was very impressed with their customer service. Other companies could learn a lot by reacting like Aqua Elegante. I will try to buy their products in the future. The shower head is well made and looks great and I am now satisfied with my p-performance.
