Review on OTACI Rose Passion Brow Serum by Stacy Glasrud

I wasn't expecting miracles from this Otaci Rose Passion brow and lash serum, but I was hoping that there would be some improvement in the health of my lashes and brows. I haven't noticed any difference in length or volume on my lashes or brows. I have a few isolated blemishes on my brows and they look the same after using this serum. My lashes have always had fairly constant fallout and I was hoping this serum would reduce that, but it didn't seem to change anything. I will continue to use this serum to see if continued use can affect my lashes and brows. The serum is very easy to apply and does not cause the slightest irritation to the skin or eyes. I just dip a clean cotton swab into the bottle and apply the serum to my eyebrows and lashes. It's a quick and easy step into my nightly routine, so I don't mind continuing to use it in the hope that my results will change. I will update this review when things improve.
