Never disappointed.
Gifted to a friend - she loves the size and says it fits her needs perfectly. I own several Timbuktu and can swear by the design, quality and water resistance. The flooded laptop was in Timbuktu's very first message bag in the back seat. The seat got wet but my laptop was not damaged. That's why I have two backpacks of different sizes and two shoulder bags. If I ever give away a backpack it will be Timbuktu.
