If you are looking for shoes that will take you from a day at the office to an evening stroll around town, then the Gordon Rush Connery Leather Penny Loafer men's shoes definitely deserve your attention. The espresso color is smooth and versatile, and the breathable calfskin lining ensures your feet don't sweat too much during long workdays. Unfortunately, I only gave this shoe three stars because of its non-slip rubber sole. While I appreciate the added durability, the rubber makes an odd creaking noise on some surfaces, which can be quite uncomfortable in quiet offices or libraries. And while the stacked heel adds comfort, it's not enough to offset the noise. Overall, I would recommend this shoe to anyone looking to up their fashion game without sacrificing comfort. Just be prepared to experience a few awkward moments along the way.
