Attractive Hard Matte Case for 16 " Mac Book Pro

I bought this case in large part because of the matte finish and my previous good experience with Ueswill cases. I also liked the wide range of available colors and settled on a translucent green which goes really well with the color on the screen image. The MacBook Pro is very slippery and the case keeps it from sliding off your lap. The bottom of the case fits well and snaps in easily. ( I managed to get it out unharmed by gently sliding the edge of a credit card under the rim of the case.) I also like the rubber feet on the bottom of the Ueswill case, but unlike the much more expensive Speck case, they tend to fall off so you might want to consider a dab of rubber glue or something similar to keep that from happening. The bottom of the case has also many ventilation holes. Unlike other Ueswill cases, the top tends to come loose if I accidentally get under the ledge when opening the computer instead of under the top's ledge. I think that's because there aren't any clips other than two (one on each side near the hinges) along the edge of the top, and the case is tall and thin and somewhat flexible. As long as you pay attention, don't worry. The top fits snugly and won't fall off by itself. (The main issue is the only reason I gave an overall rating of 4, but note that the top didn't really come loose until I stopped lifting it once I noticed the problem.) I've had this case about one month long and while it works as expected. I also have a Mac BookAir that has been used daily with a Ueswill case for about three years and it still works great with no scratches, cracks or other issues. I hope the new Pro case is just as durable. For such a nice occasion I think the price is quite reasonable.
