Updating my previous review: Just wanted to say this company has AMAZING customer service! When I originally sent the tracker back I received my refund promptly with no issues so I was happy. Then last month this company contacted me and they wanted to show me that they are an honest company and that customer care is their top priority. They offered to send another tracker to try for free! I've had a new tracker for 3 days and so far so good. I originally chose this tracker because it said you can swim. Then it died. With the new one they sent me I've decided not to wear it to swim yet to see how it holds up. However, this company has proven that customer satisfaction is indeed a top priority! Original Review: It stopped working within a few days. It was supposed to be waterproof for swimming and showering, and mine died walking through sleet mixed with rain in Michigan.
