My fault I bought a size up so had to go down. My daughter liked them so much that I decided to go up a size. She is 2 years old and loves that she can dress them herself. It's hard to get her to wear shoes. I live by the lake and these shoes have stood up to walking to the lake (a quarter mile) and back and playing in the water. I've had them for a few weeks now and they still look brand new. Edit: Shortly after the return date, the soles started falling off. Now we go to the lake almost every day since we got her. So I think maybe it has something to do with her downfall. So if you plan on using them as water shoes, don't!
