I finally got these headphones for Christmas (from my wife) and overall I am very happy with these headphones. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of two design issues. The first issue is that they are very difficult to get out of the charging case due to the fairly powerful magnets that hold them in place. I have to turn it upside down and give it a little nudge to get them out. The second problem is related to the touch sensitivity of devices. If I need to adjust the earpiece while it's in my ear, the sound cuts out when I touch the earpiece. To be honest, the second is something that cannot be avoided, but it can be annoying at times. Update: On March 2nd (2 days without support) they suddenly started disconnecting my phone periodically. do not want it. Update March 19th: I have contacted the seller to see who I can speak to about this and I have had no response from them downgrading this unit to 1 star due to lack of communication with them. I should have paid a little more for something with better support.
