Convenient, friendly staff who know what they're doing
The team at Next Stage was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had never used a CRM before so I can't say I have any complaints about them as far as customer service goes. They are very thorough and make sure everything is set up correctly for their customers to use. We were able to set it up and get going quickly. It is easy to use and they helped us with suggestions on how to improve our process. We were able to integrate Salesforce with our existing system and we now receive important data that we previously didn't have access to.
Pros
- Great attitude from all members involved which leads me into
Cons
- Nothing really comes immediately across my mind other then sometimes having more staff would be nice.
- Somewhat expensive compared some competitors
- A bit difficult learning curve if you're not familiar w/CRM
