Excellent product. The child's head is flat. We spend time on her stomach and getting dressed but she sleeps so soundly all night. This pillow showed a difference in just one week. It still has a long way to go, so she'll be using it for quite a while. It's a little uncomfortable under her neck, but she doesn't seem to mind. Someone said it's too small here, but I don't think they understand his concept. You don't want the back of the baby's head touching anything underneath, so it should be. It still works great and is still big enough at 4 months. Also, it has a velcro closure so the size can be adjusted. Even for people who say it's expensive, a head sculpting helmet costs thousands. So it's not very expensive in comparison.
