I have been using this host service since March 2014 when they started their reseller program which allowed me to sell them as my own product without any restrictions or limitations whatsoever! The customer support team are incredibly helpful (even though we live halfway across Europe) but also very efficient at getting your issue resolved quickly if there's an existing solution available rather than having you contact us directly. This has not always worked out well because sometimes it takes several days before our tickets get responded too -- so be patient!! We had some issues initially that were being addressed by other people within the same department, however once escalated through ticket system everything was sorted immediately and no longer needed contacting anyone else about these problems either.
