Light powerful stylus

I bought this stylus as a gift for my daughter's upcoming birthday as she wanted a stylus to draw on the ibisPaint app on our 5th gen iPad. I checked the compatible pens listed on the ibisPaint website and settled on this one. I love that this stylus is reasonably priced, you don't have to charge it or worry about pairing the stylus to your device, and it works just like a regular stylus for touchscreen Android phones and laptops. The pen is very light and the cord wraps neatly around it. I could use it to draw in ibisPaint straight away without having to update any settings in the app. This also seems to work in the Sketches School app, but if you press the stylus too hard when it touches the screen, a large circle will appear centered on the touch point and the app will stop responding to the stylus until the app is displayed is restarted. The stylus also works on my Android phones and on my HP Specter 360 laptop. The only downside for me is that it takes me a while to get used to the transparent disk at the tip of the stylus when drawing as it is the Blocking view seems a bit what you draw. I also wish there was a cap to protect the disc tip when not in use. I haven't found any instructions on how to set up a shortcut on the pen. I think it depends on the specific applications being used. I only tested it briefly without extensive use. Hope my daughter can use it without problems.

Pros
  • Stylus pens
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
