Good for cardio or any other activity that doesn't require undue stress on the arm.

This bracelet feels comfortable, is easy to adjust and looks well made. With the S10+'s weight, it feels heavy and bulky, but holds the phone securely. This can seem awkward if you're using your arms on an elliptical trainer, for example. If you have no other option to carry your phone while running or whatever, this is better than carrying it in your hand.
